Directions

• Apply sunscreen 15-30 minutes before going outside

• Apply sunscreen to your face, neck, and ears, then move to your arms, legs, and torso. Be sure to apply sunscreen to hard-to-reach areas like your back and shoulders.
• Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours.
• Use sunscreen even on cloudy days: UV rays can still penetrate through clouds.
